A couple of years ago, Starbucks had problems keeping up their positive brand perception and likability. Sales dropped and the overall reputation was not as it used to be. Therefore Starbucks had to do something. They wanted to know what their customers were lacking in the coffee shops, what could be better, what did they need to improve in order to get their customers back into the Starbuck stores?
